Voogs

Hi everyone, have had to have a couple of days off, relax and re jooooove as the 'snotty nose' became a bad cold, hacking cough, so went to see the 'farma' (chemist) and got some medicine and headache tablet.  So recommending when travelling now to add cough medicine to the byo 'kit' as it cost me $24 and $15 for the pills. She said that most travellers get sick for a few days, either from the air-conditioning/climate or the 'other end' problems due to food/water.  And Nooooooo's I dont have that 'ends' problem.  I was also given the address of a doctor, if they symptoms persist or worsen to visit. (I'd hate to see how much that would cost)
So I feel lots better after resting up, I spent the day on the couch dozing (boy that cough medicine made me drowsy) and watching endless dvd's that I don't remember. I'll take it easy today too and not head to far from my couch.
Ive booked a half day tour for tomorrow (Sunday), to see the Balinese dancers and to go to a big temple thats about 1/2 hour away (which means a couple of hours) for some sightseeing, so there will be heaps of new and wonderful photos to post soon.
I did get some photos of the 'Matahari' department store at Denpasar I went to the other day, very 'western' but handy if you need to buy socks/shoes/linens/bags they even have perfume and beauty products like Lancome and Revlon ect, with the usual perfume sellers trying to spray you all over with scents (cloying) but everythin is at 'western prices' so dont expect a bargain or bartering. So have tomorrow's tour booked and today will go down the Seminyak beach today for some more R&R and going back to the tailor/sewer to see if my top and pants and the patterns are finished yets (more pics of this soon as they are finished, a 'ready on Friday', looks like a ready on Sunday).
